The Hannover, Germany based Walter Bösenberg GmbH is happy to announce the purchase of 50% of the shares on Elblinger Funk- und Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH, also located in Hannover. The other 50% lie in the hand of private investor Thomas Oebels, CEO of Göttinger Sonderfahrzeugbau GmbH & Co. KG. Michael Steiner - CEO of Bösenberg - and Thomas Oebels will at the same time become CEOs of Eblinger Funk- und Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH.
After having established a 10+ years lasting very successfull and growing business partnership with Elblinger, Bösenberg finally took the strategic step to extend its portfolio into offering radio technology for the growing market of police and emergency vehicles. As an addition to the high quality range of mobile power supply products and services, Bösenberg and Elblinger can now offer the entire line of necessary components and technolgies to build high end special vehicles.
